- Waist — Around the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
- Hip — Around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm (8 in) below the waist.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 10 to 25 working days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Tracking information usually becomes available within 5 to 10 working days of the order being confirmed, and we email the number the moment it does.
Can I return it if it is not right?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you want to cancel and return an eligible purchase. Send the piece back in the condition you received it, with its packaging and labels where possible, and we refund to the original payment method. Some items are excluded where the law allows it.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Write to us with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund, whichever fits the case, at no cost to you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
